Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born in a small desert village. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
