History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Bowyer, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Ploughman.

History: Kelter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Carter mother left him crippled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
