Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Charles was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Charles decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has worked as a Scribe like his father before him.
