History: Rael lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He struck the Miner job and began his own company from there.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
