History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Nicor was a troubled youth. Nicor decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. History: He comes from a rich western family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. After months of barely getting by, Rhogar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he has decided he is irredeemable
