History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Habor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Habor. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Zephan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
