Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born in the east to a Layabout, Gorfel learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents enrolled him in a Druid school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. A true patriot, Vanuath would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Vanuath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Vanuath was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
