Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Skirt was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
