Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ortegar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He worked as a nervous Seamstress and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Seamstress responsibilities is difficult; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
