History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Cairn was a troubled youth. Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bertram will drive conversation. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Bertram took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Einkil was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Einkil's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Einkil and his spouse have recently divorced.
