History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Halander was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Assassin. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is greedy
