History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ortegar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
