His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He got into the Slave Trader business at a young age. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Wiggens has worked very hard to control his curse. He struck the Slave Trader job and began his own company from there.
