History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Rolf's homeland. Rolf decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his son

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. A true patriot, Ur-Masi would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He takes great joy in being the best Bather in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thervan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He became a Bather soon after.
