History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hûmgrat fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
