History: He was born in a small forest village. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He's in love; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Dustin's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dustin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dustin. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
