Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Kelter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Kelter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kelter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to unite with his sister

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
