Personality: He is happy with his job as a Locksmith. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Locksmith for hire.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Joser reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
