Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His black hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerbo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerbo. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cook.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Detective who has hired him part-time. Rael is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the north to a Detective, Rael learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and money/treasure

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and expand his business

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. The war was a terrible time for him, and Druuk does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety
