He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born in the west to a Knight, Igden learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Burto lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his absent father

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Igden was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Igden was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Igden and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Shane hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a Body Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Shane was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Herbalist. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it
