He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has white hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He is dressed in an above average manner, and carries sais. He has white hair. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Glim embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Glim was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to share knowledge with the world

Voice: Pronounces 'its' and 'is' like 'eats' and 'ease'

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a simple green robe with grey stripes complete with hood. He wears his golden hair up. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: Standing 5'7", this man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has achieved small success as a Dilettante.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and wants to work out more often

Description: This man is renowned for his bright white suits and hats. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has no hair. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his broad white hat.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Now he works as a singing tutor during his time off.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and many giants want him driven away

Ideals: Logical, Gifted, Artistic. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Enemies, Guardian. Occupation: Assassin
