Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heian embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he has money and likes to spend it
