History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Assassin, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He's also a talented Assassin, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in the west. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
