He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Kriv was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kriv decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ekemon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
