Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. He is baby faced.

Personality: Zepar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His first spouse was a Laborer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ruler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: Aramil is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
