Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Calcitro was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Halfling Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Silent speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: He was born in the west. A freak accident while working with his Dyer father left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Hunter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and many illithids want him driven away
