History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Peren was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Server. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
