History: Born to a Adventurer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jak embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

After coming to the age of reason, Jak took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
