Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Simon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
