History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Damien was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Damien's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Damien and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He bought a halberd and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ortegar embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Ortegar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
