History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Kelter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kelter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
