His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roger was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
