He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Bhevek was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
