In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
