Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Elaim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
