When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: He was born into a rich family. His childhood dream was to be a Spy, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Roofer for the past few years.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. A true patriot, Osco would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out.
