History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Tanner mother left him crippled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
