Description: He wears skinny pants and wears a brown and tan robe with the hood down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Carrie was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His purple hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Cairn hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Cairn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, and he perpetually has his dagger ready. His hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born to a Shoemaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a lance on his belt. His brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Vilberg was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vilberg decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. Fulbar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business
