Description: He stands about 5'5" and typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is black and very short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: To end his boredom.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Felgrat was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Felgrat abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and wants a kiss

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on his belt. His brown hair is knotted and matted. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Dain was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Dain took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a simple grey robe with white stripes complete with hood. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and doesn't want to be a junk dealer and was forced into it by his family
