History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He found a children's book about a Halfling Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Chem was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Chem's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
