Personality: Thorpe is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he has a crush on the local sculptor

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.

Motivation: To be a Carter again; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born in a small plains village. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
