Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Pikar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
