Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. A true patriot, Burgell would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Burgell was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Seamstress responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Fisher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored.
