History: The child of a Performer, who enjoyed hunting, Kerkad was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kerkad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Umpen was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
