Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. A true patriot, Percival would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Percival hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.
