History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Kipper and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
