Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

He has dyed his greying scarlet crest a little too much giving a sharp scarlet color. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has worked as a Beggar like his mother before him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in the east to a Barkeep, Conrad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Conrad was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He tends to his Barkeep job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Sun was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and retire the richest man in the east
