History: Peter was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He struck the Navigator job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a Tailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
