Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Animal Trainer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Heian never married again.
