History: Valafar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Pijjirik hails from a village terrorized by drow. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants revenge against drow

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
